❗Ordering & MOQ
Q1:What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: MOQ depends on product type. For standard cylinders/valves the usual MOQ is 1-5 pcs; for customized or large items it can be negotiated. Contact us with your target quantity.
Q2:Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
A: Yes. We support sample orders for most products so you can verify quality and fit before scaling up. Sample cost and freight are usually borne by the buyer and may be credited against the subsequent bulk order.
Q3:Do you support mixed-SKU consolidation?
A: Yes. We regularly consolidate cylinders, valves, pumps, hoses, fittings and seal kits from multiple vetted suppliers into one shipment to save you freight and handling.
❗Samples & Lead Time
Q4:How long is the typical lead time?
A: Standard items: 10–30 days. Customized items: 15–45 days depending on complexity. In stock, delivery can generally be arranged within 7 days.We confirm a firm production schedule after order confirmation and update you on milestones.
Q5:Can I get a drawing or 3D model before ordering?
A: For most standard products we can provide dimensional drawings and, where available, 3D models (STEP/IGES) to support your design and integration work.
Q6:Do you provide technical drawings and 3D models?
A: Yes — specify the required file format (PDF, STEP, IGES, DWG) when requesting documentation and we will route it with the quotation.
❗Quality, Certification & Shipping
Q7:What payment terms do you accept?
A: We accept T/T, 100% T/T in advance for samples, and L/C for larger orders. PayPal can be arranged for smaller amounts.
Q8:Do you provide product drawings and certificates?
A: Yes. We supply hydraulic hose and fittings in common thread standards (BSP, NPT, Metric), quick-release couplings (ISO 7241) and seal kits in NBR, PU, FKM and PTFE materials.
Q9:How do you handle pre-shipment quality control?
A: Every shipment is inspected against the agreed specification (dimensional check, pressure test where applicable, visual inspection) and we share a pre-shipment report before booking freight.

Q10:Which hydraulic cylinder standards do you support?
A: We supply cylinders built to common ISO dimensions and can match major brands’ mounting styles (clevis, trunnion, flange). Or you provide drawings and technical requirements, and we will deliver the products according to your standards—bore diameter/stroke/mounting style.
Q11:Can you supply hose, fittings and seal kits?
A: Yes. Hose and fittings in BSP/NPT/Metric threads, ISO 7241 quick couplings, and seal kits in NBR/PU/FKM/PTFE — by cylinder series or as custom-kitted sets.
